DENVER, CO - New Mexico State’s Jim Brouleau has been named Western Athletic Conference Tennis Player of the Week for Jan. 26 - Feb. 1.

Brouleau, a sophomore from Poitiers, France (Lycee Victor Hugo), won all three of his singles matches in straight sets, helping the Aggies win all 18 of their singles matches in their opening weekend. In the three matches, Brouleau, the No. 16th-ranked player in the Mountain Region did not lose more than three games in any set. Including his fall tournament singles record, he now owns a 15-3 overall mark this season.
