The Aggie soccer team takes the field today at 3:00 p.m. for their final tuneup before the regular season begins. The Aggies won their first exhibition game on Saturday against New Mexico Highlands 2-1. Today's opponent is the University of the Southwest Mustangs. The Aggies will likely have a few new faces on the field today that did not play in Saturday's exhibition match. Coach Needham thinks the addition of those players can make the Aggies an even more dynamic team.

According to Chris Grosse in Aggie sports marketing, the Aggie women's soccer team has sold over 330 season tickets as of yesterday morning. Aggie soccer is quickly becoming the hot ticket in Las Cruces having sold over 130 season tickets since Friday. The Aggies will host their regular season home opener on Sunday against Idaho State at 12:30 p.m.

Aggie volleyball senior Kelli Goodan has written her second entry in this season's Aggie Volleyball Diary. Kelli takes a stroll down memory lane as she remembers what it was like being a freshman and talks about how fall practices have been going.
