DENVER, CO - ESPNU announced today that it will televise three Western Athletic Conference women's volleyball regular-season matches this season, including a match featuring the New Mexico State volleyball team.
The Aggie volleyball team will be on ESPNU, Thursday, Oct. 22 with the match now set for a 9 p.m. (MT) start. NM State faces Fresno State that day in an important conference match.
"We're excited to get that kind of exposure," head coach Mike Jordan said. "With AggieVison doing what they have done to give us exposure around the country, this is great because this is an even bigger network. It should help with recruiting and the program overall. It's a good thing for everybody in the WAC."
