LAS CRUCES, N.M. - New Mexico State soccer head coach Michael Needham has announced the spring slate for the Aggie program, Wednesday, Feb. 17. In spring training, NM State hosts three matches in Aggie Memorial Stadium and is on the road for a pair of dates.

"We are excited about our spring schedule," Needham said. "It is extremely challenging, and that is what this team needs. We have been training hard and it will be fun to watch these young players compete throughout the spring."

The Aggies begin the spring season against Arizona State at UTEP (Feb. 28, 3:30 p.m.) before they host Arizona (March 6, 3:30 p.m.). NM State then concludes training with Eastern New Mexico (April 10, 3:30 p.m.) and UTEP (April 15, 7 p.m.) in Las Cruces prior to the New Mexico Highlands Tournament in Las Vegas, N.M. (April 17).

In its inaugural season, NM State finished the regular season 9-8-1 and earned a berth to the 2009 WAC Tournament.

Admission to all home spring soccer matches in Aggie Memorial Stadium is free and open to the public.
