Aggie Soccer Supporters, Save These Dates

Well can you believe that another school year is about to begin and our soccer student-athletes arrive on campus next week for their second season. To be perfectly honest, the first 20 months of my head coaching career have been an absolute whirlwind. The process of building this program is going extremely well so I just wanted to touch base personally and thank you for all of the support you have shown us.

We have an exciting season ahead of us. The successes of our first year behind us, we will build upon those this coming season. You will see many of the same values in place, but I believe you will see better and more attacking soccer this year. Our kids will continue to work harder, be more passionate, and be more committed than any team on our schedule. These core values in our program will remain constant as we continue to grow this program into a force to be reckoned with in the WAC, Southwest Region, and ultimately on the National Stage.

Our team theme this fall is "Carry Each Other", so I ask you to join in with our theme and "Carry Us" through your attendance at our home matches. This year we will play 13 games in the friendly confines of Aggie Memorial Stadium, and look to make this a place that every opponent fears to play us. (remember all kids under 12 are free, and kids are welcome on the field for team introductions before matches)

We have had some schedule changes in the past several weeks, so please take a look at our website so that you don't miss any of the action (our Sunday games in September and October are going to be a touch earlier, so I don't want you to miss a first half). I have listed some important dates that are coming up for our program.

In closing, thank you so much for you support of our young program. As a community, Las Cruces, we have the best college sports fans in the country. You showed up all last season in blind faith to support a new program and I cannot explain the impact that has had on our current kids and our recruiting efforts for years to come. This year come out and support a team that will make you proud to be Aggie Fans!

Thank you and look forward to seeing you soon! GO AGGIES!! "We carry each other, please carry us"

All the best!
