The Aggie softball team kicks off their regular season this weekend as they host the Hotel Encanto Invitational. The Aggies open with Northern Colorado and Colorado State on Friday afternoon/evening then take on Northern Colorado and Minnesota on Saturday afternoon followed by Minnesota and Colorado State on Sunday morning/early afternoon.

With seven seniors on the roster the Aggies are primed for a run at the NCAA Tournament. The question of course will be whether the Aggie pitching can hold up. The Aggies will be starting a pair of true sophomores and also a freshman in the circle.

We hope to have our 2011 preview coming in the next day or two (keep your fingers crossed!)

The Aggie football team announced their spring practice schedule. As always, the practices are open to the public and the Spring Game is scheduled for April 30th.

Also, spring volleyball is right around the corner and we have at one date to keep open on your calendar and that is April 9th when the Lobos come to town for some spring ball.
