Jene Coppedge's Aggie Volleyball Diary :: September 28th, 2011

Hello All!

This past week and weekend has been a great one for Aggie Volleyball. We had the opportunity to be home all week, and I think all the girls would agree with me when I say, “It was so nice.” I think we all finally had the chance to get caught up on our schoolwork, as well as start preparing to hit the road again. Two weekends at home has been such a treat. We have had the chance to have a little more of a social life, whoop whoop!

We played LA Tech this past Saturday and were able to handle them well in three games; it was a great way for us to open up conference play! This week, practice has consisted of a lot of preparation for the two games that we play this weekend. We take on Idaho, Thursday and Utah, Saturday at 7 p.m. both nights. We have been watching a lot of film on these teams as well as ourselves to better equip ourselves to beat these teams. Our minds have really been centered on working out all the tiny kinks, and fine-tuning our game to make this conference season spectacular!

We had a great crowed out at our game last Saturday and hope to see the same, if not better, on Thursday and Saturday. It is so much fun to play in an environment with so many loud fans. Thanks to all who made it out! Keep coming and bring your friends and family! Every one have a great week and safe weekend!
