The Daily Aggie :: 12/21/07

We once again apologize for the late start with The Daily Aggie, we're still recovering from the long day we had on Wednesday.

Tonight the Aggie women's basketball team will try to sweep the Lobos in The Sinkhole. As Coach Spence mentioned in his weekly interview with us, the Aggies want to go into the game and punch UNM in the mouth. It will be interesting to see how the Aggies come out tonight. They aren't the ones who have the pressure on them now, it's the Lobos. The Aggies can play loose which we think will help them tremendously, especially playing on the road.

The news of yesterday afternoon was unfortunately regarding the men's basketball team. Did Justin Hawkins and Hatila Passos play in their final games as Aggies on Wednesday night against UNM? If so that is very unfortunate, not just for the fans, but for Justin and Hatila who are both seniors.
