DENVER, CO - NM State’s Gia Pack has been named Western Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for Feb. 12 through Feb. 18.

Pack, a sophomore guard from Phoenix, Ariz. (South Mountain HS), posted a pair of double-doubles to help the Aggies get back into the hunt for the regular season title. Against Utah Valley, the sophomore scored 18 points to go with 11 rebounds, three assists and two steals in the 59-51 win. She followed that up with 21 points and 11 rebounds in a 64-53 win over Seattle U on Sunday afternoon.
