LAS CRUCES, N.M. - NM State has placed two student-athletes on Pro Football Focus' year-end All-Independent Team.

Seniors Jason Huntley and OJ Clark earned spots on the offensive squad. Huntley received recognition as a running back, while Clark picked up All-Independent honors as a punt returner.

Huntley was the only FBS Independent tailback to rush for 1,000 yards this season. The Arlington, Texas, native ran for 1,090 yards and nine touchdowns in his senior campaign, running for 100 or more yards in five games during 2019.

He became one of 12 Aggie running backs since 1954 to run for 1,000 or more yards in a season.

Clark, meanwhile, led the Aggies in punt returns with 14 for 146 yards (10.43 avg.). He returned six punts for 96 yards, including a 77-yard touchdown, in the win over UIW.
